A larger wire diameter generally increases rigidity and material weight, while a smaller mesh opening can make the fence more difficult to pass through or climb. Industry comparisons should use the finished wire diameter and clearly identify whether measurements are taken before or after coating. Our common chain link specification uses 3.0 mm wire with 50 × 50 mm mesh. Our common V mesh fence uses 4.0 mm wire with 50 × 200 mm mesh. These are standard offerings, not universal recommendations; project loads, fence height and local requirements must also be considered.

Choose galvanized fencing for a metallic finish and straightforward corrosion protection; choose galvanized and powder-coated fencing when color, appearance and an additional protective layer are required. Typical industry selection depends on climate, exposure, expected service life and maintenance conditions. Our chain link fence is commonly supplied with a hot-dip galvanized finish, while our V mesh fence uses galvanizing plus electrostatic powder coating. Surface treatment does not make a fence maintenance-free. Coastal, chemical or highly humid environments may require a project-specific coating specification and additional verification before the order is accepted.

We inspect the raw wire first, then check wire diameter, welding quality, coating, coating thickness, coating uniformity, product weight and final packaging. This is our confirmed factory inspection sequence. Standard industry quality control may also include documented sampling levels, calibration records, adhesion tests, dimensional reports or third-party inspection, depending on the contract. These additional records are not automatically included with every commercial order. Buyers should state required tests, acceptance limits and reporting formats before quotation. Inspection requirements added after production may be impossible to perform without reopening packages or preparing new samples.
